THE REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL SERVICE PROVIDERS INCLUDE:
Current SC Cosmetology License
We’re looking for stylists who do more than hair—they create moments. Our ideal stylist is someone who:
Loves people and thrives in a team

Sees education as ongoing
Can lead, follow, and flex with grace
Understands the importance of rebooking and guest experience
Is skilled in cutting, color, and styling—or ready to learn
Loves creating and sharing on social media
Great customer service (before, after and during the guest visit)
Maintain a professional appearance
Executing side by side tasks and services with mentor
Executing services with excellence on guests

At Silver Salon, we don’t just style hair—we create experiences. Our front desk team plays a key role in setting the tone for every guest who walks through our doors.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has a warm, engaging personality and a love for people
Enjoys recommending products, services, and helping others feel confident in their choices
Thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Takes pride in staying organized and keeping things running smoothly
What You’ll Do:
Greet every guest like they’re the most important person in the room (because they are)
Support stylists by managing check-ins, reservations, and retail sales
Recommend services and product bundles to help guests get the most from their visit
Keep the front desk area clean, stocked, and professional
Communicate with clarity and kindness—even when it’s busy
Be a key part of our salon’s heartbeat—supporting both guests and our team
